Let’s back to what you need to know:
An 11kW inverter drives the 9kW spindle, which means that there is more power available than needed.
The server motors now include a feedback signal, which results in more torque and makes the machine faster and more accurate. The machine also has stronger stopper brackets to support the higher torque.
There is also a braking resistor, which acts as a braking system in case of emergencies.
The lubrication system is now automatic! All you need to do is fill the oil container, set the parameters, and the machine lubricates itself with the help of sensors.
The Easyfit does connect a pipe bracket arm, is stronger and compact, and can be fitted on either side of the machine for more convenience.
There is also a tool holder on the side of the gantry, which can also be purchased separately should you need it elsewhere.
Another standard feature is the ATC (Auto Tool Change) Wired tool presenter, which is accurate up to 0.001 mm, and the CNC Router includes the automatic tool changing feature which holds up to 16 tools! This allows you to save time having to manually change tools, allowing you to increase production!
