HSD produces components for processing all types of materials: metal, wood, composite, glass and stone. It also offers solutions for every kind of application: High power cutting, High-speed cutting, Motion and Electronics. HSD is an Italian company specialising in manufacturing spindles, which are considered the best spindle and most well-known name around the world.
We are now the agent of HSD in the region, so we are providing HSD spindle options with our routers too. We will also be offering a laboratory for service and repair.
What are the advantages of using an HSD Spindle?
Very high torque, so very fast cutting speed
No need for a water cooler
Very durable
The only disadvantage is that the machine becomes super noisy!
We are currently listing HSD Spindles available for sale on our BUYTHIS.CO.ZA site, and here is the first one, the HSD 6kW Electrospindle! This Spindle can be bought as is, or included with a Router. The price is very similar to a high torque 5.5Kw spindle option because the spindle itself is more expensive but no water cooler is needed.
