Setting Up the Machine

Cutting the Pyramid Pieces
Fire up some CAD software to sketch out your pyramid and map out the cutting lines.

Welding It All Together
Line up the steel panels to shape your pyramid. We built a jig to keep our parts steady—accuracy matters. Getting ready the right way sets us up for solid, clean welds. Before we kicked off, we dialed in the welder, setting the feed speed to 10mm a second and the wobble length to 3mm a second. Switch to the LaserMaster Versatile and fuse those edges with tight, sturdy seams—precision is key here.
Keep the heat in check so the metal doesn’t twist or warp.
Finishing Touches
Check the welds to make sure they’re solid, and tweak anything that’s off.
Smooth out rough spots and polish it up for a slick look.
Slap on a protective coating if you want it to last even longer.
