In this episode, we’re conducting an exciting experiment with a new vinyl product from AM.CO.ZA. A regular customer has placed their usual order of decals, and we’ve decided to take this opportunity to test the new AM.CO.ZA Vinyl Rolls against our current vinyl that has been used. Our goal is to assess the longevity, durability, and print quality of the new Vinyl Rolls in comparison to our existing material. Let’s dive into the printing process and see what unfolds.
On-site Testing at Grumpy Cafe
We’ve arrived at Grumpy Cafe, where we’ve just finished installing two sets of artwork on the windows. The first set uses the new AM.CO.ZA vinyl, and the second set employs another industry-standard vinyl. By doing this, we’ll be able to evaluate the performance of both materials after six months, ensuring a comprehensive comparison for outdoor signage.
Additionally, we’ve produced a batch of decals for the customer, adhering to their regular monthly order. These decals will be applied to products and shipped to customers, making it a one-time-use scenario. As long as the decals maintain the integrity of the packaging, we’ll consider the test successful.
Results and Customer Feedback
The comparison is complete, and the customer is very pleased with the quality of the AM.CO.ZA vinyl. Remarkably, the AM.CO.ZA vinyl offers a 1.3 for three times more durability compared to the 1.5 of the industry standard. This makes it an excellent choice in terms of both performance and price.
