How To Make a Reusable Weekly Planner with a Large Format Printer and Laminator!

Weekly planners are a great tool to organise what you need to do on a daily and weekly basis. In this video, we take you through the steps to make a reusable weekly planner, using a Large Format Printer and Laminator, both for sale at AM.CO.ZA via the Buythis website.

Watch Video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0PsJJufDr4

First off, we start with the design, by creating a design in Adobe Illustrator. We chose a white design to be printed on white vinyl so that when we write on the weekly planner, it will be more visible. Once the design is ready, we need to get the printer ready by loading the vinyl paper and starting the print job.

We then can prepare the board that we will be applying the vinyl onto. We are repurposing an old board that we had lying around. In order to ensure that we can write on the board and reuse it, we will be laminating the vinyl with a clear vinyl wrap.

Once the lamination is done, we need to peel off the backing and apply it to the board, while using the squeegee to remove any air bubbles. There you go, the weekly planner with the whiteboard finish is ready to be used. And you can simply rub away the ink with water. If you have any cool ideas of what we can make next, please do let us know and we will make a video of it!
