1. Initial Setup
Begin by powering on the device and logging in:
- Tap on the “Cleaning” function.
- Enter the username:
admin - Enter the password:
1 - Press Enter to access the system.
2. Adjusting Laser Power Settings
- Click “Power” to access your laser’s key performance settings.
- Here, you can adjust:
- Power level
- Frequency
- Pulse width
- After adjustments, return to the main menu.
3. Configuring Swing and Sway
- Tap “Swing” to define the pattern type and size of the laser’s motion.
- Then go back and select “Sway” to prepare for operation.
4. Activating the Laser
- Enable the Laser function.
- A caution notice will appear—acknowledge it by tapping the screen.
- Your laser is now ready for use.
Note: Always switch off the laser and sway before making changes to the swing settings.
5. Saving and Using Presets
- Navigate to “Files” to save custom preset settings for different materials.
- This is especially useful if you work with a variety of substrates.
6. Accessing System Settings
- To enter Settings, use the password:

- Perform calibration
- Modify function settings
- Monitor temperature
- Create user-specific passwords
7. Other System Features
- In the “Others” section:
- Select your preferred language
- Set alarm characteristics
- Reset the system to factory default if needed
- Under “Version”, access all data related to your specific machine.
- In “Power Amp”, monitor power usage and adjust dynamic parameters.
8. Focusing the Laser
To get the best results with your pulse laser:
- Move the laser gradually closer to the substrate.
- Look and listen for the point where the laser is most clearly focused.
- Avoid operating it too close or too far from the surface, as this affects accuracy.
