Silk Screening Presses
Silk Screening Bottle Pro
Our Bottle Pro Press is ideal for cylindrical items like bottles. Available in two sizes (140×160 and a larger version), it simplifies the silk screening process with a built-in squeegee that automatically applies the ink for you. This press offers several adjustments, including bottle size and height, allowing for flexibility depending on your needs. The tension arms can also be adjusted to control the proximity to the bottle during screening.
Silk Screening Bottle Light
For those needing a more compact solution, we offer the Bottle Light press. While it features fewer adjustments than the Bottle Pro, it still allows you to attach a squeegee arm for automatic operation or remove it for manual use. Adjustments for bottle size are made at the back of the press rather than the front, distinguishing it from the Pro version.
Garment Printing Presses
Next, we have our garment printing presses, starting with the Single-Colour T-shirt Screen Printers. This manual system allows you to adjust the plate size for different silk screen dimensions, whether large or small. After securing the plate, you can place your shirt on the sliding board, adjust it, and manually apply the ink using the squeegee.
For more complex designs, we offer four-colour garment presses and six-colour garment presses, which expand your printing capabilities with multiple colour options.
Accessories for Silk Screening
In our shop, we stock a wide variety of accessories to complement your silk screening presses:
- Screen Printing Inks: Available in a broad colour range, we offer both Plastisol and water-based inks.
- Adhesive Glue: Essential for securing T-shirts to flat boards, this glue prevents movement during printing, ensuring sharp, clear prints.
- Squeegees: Sold in packs of four, these squeegees feature a wooden handle and are ideal for DIY silk screening projects. It’s recommended to use a separate squeegee for each colour to avoid mixing inks.
- Silk Screens: We offer professionally pre-stretched screens, ready for use with your negative artwork. Alternatively, we have DIY screens with adjustable frames, allowing for custom sizing and easy replacement when needed.
