In this article, we share with you how to assemble the 80mm, 150mm and 170mm ScreenMaster Bottle Screen Printers, in three videos, which you can see below:
The main units comes pre-assembled. Start by placing the main unit on a flat surface and lay out all the parts and tools. The tension springs must be assembled to the arms. Attach one side the of the tension spring to the eye on the top side of the machine, then unscrew the spring and slip the other side of the tension spring onto the arm bracket, and then recrew the arm extension back into place.
The same needs to be done on the other side. Now we install the stopper, the stopper bracket and their nuts and bolts. These are installed onto the top of the unit. The squeegee holders are then adjusted with the provided Allen Key. There are stopper units on the side bars which then can be adjusted as needed. The concertina lift that holds the base plate in place can be adjusted to bring the base plate up or down. You can also swop the wheels and adjust the guide arms. Your 80 mm ScreenMaster Bottle-PRO is now assembled!
ScreenMaster Bottle-PRO 150mm:
The ScreenMaster Bottle-PRO 150mm needs to be assembled from the start. Start with the parts laid out. We start with the base plate and place this onto a flat surface. Then mount the support arms, in the correct direction. Use the bolts to secure the support arms into place. Place the top support onto the support arm with the hinges facing inwards, and use the bolts to secure them. There are extra hinges installed, so they can be removed. Now mount the L brackets onto the Screen Printer. Untighten and slide two sliders to the front. This L bracket will be used as a stopper.
Do the same on the other side of the machine. Now mount the rib support arms, and make sure that the ribs are facing inwards. Next place the height adjuster into the middle of the unit and bring the support base plate down to touch the height adjuster. Then screw the support base plate into place. Now the Screen Printer unit is ready to be mounted. Rest the L bracket on the rib support arm stopper and secure the hinges in place. Now tighten all the screws and nuts and make sure that the unit is sturdy. Lastly, we need to assemble the tension spring set. Slot one side of the tension sprint onto the eye on the tension support, and fit another L bracket on each side.
Secure the tension unit onto the L bracket and attach the other end of the tension spring to the other end of the screw extension unit, and pull the sliders back to make it tight. All that is left now is the top bracket and stopper screw. Mount these on top of the unit next to the tension spring. And screw the stopper screws in place. Your ScreenMaster Bottle-PRO 150mm is now assembled and ready for use.
ScreenMaster Bottle-Lite 170mm:
To assemble the ScreenMaster Bottle-Lite 170mm, we start with the parts and identify them. Start with the base plate and place it on a flat surface. The rib support structure goes at the back of the base plate. First you have to move the stopper plate, before the rib support structure is attached using the provided screws. At the front of the base plate, the extra slider must be moved to the front. Remove the two nuts, and move the slider to the front and tighten the nuts.
The stopper plate can then be attached to the base plate. Slide the other sliders on the side of the unit to the middle and mount the support arm. Next the working unit must be placed in the middle of the base plate. Remove the wing nuts from the movable mounts on either side, and slip the working units bar into place, and attach the movable mounts. The frame can be mounted and locked down by hand. Next slide the handle onto the front of the frame and tighten in place. At the front of the working unit, the wooden squeegee can be attached. Your ScreenMaster Bottle-Lite 170mm is now assembled!
