Vinyl Cutters are becoming more and more popular in the sign-making market. Since 2012 when AM.CO.ZA opened its doors, the V-Series Vinyl Cutter was and still is, one of the most popular and affordable machines available. It is popular thanks to its basic features and the fact that it is the lowest priced vinyl cutter in its class. We have just received new stock of this popular vinyl cutter!
Over the years, we have updated many of the V-Series features, to continuously improve our offering. Watch the below video to learn more:
Our latest model has 32MB of RAM CPU, 512K internal cache and 16MB of Memory – to make buffering for cutting jobs easier.
It includes a stepper motor driving system with 0.00254mm per step.
It uses 220v electricity and is compatible with UPS and Generators.
The front of the machine features a grit roller for smooth vinyl cutting and higher accuracy. The most important upgrade is the high friction steel grit roller for vinyl feeding, to achieve high moving accuracy for heavy vinyl.
The control panel lets you smoothly adjust the cutting and plotting speeds, the cutting pressure and a button to pause jobs. The test function lets you test the blade on the vinyl to ensure that it will cut correctly.
There are three ways of sending data from the computer to the V-Series Vinyl Cutter. You can use the COM port, which has backward compatibility. There is a high-speed USB 2.0 port, which lets you use the Vinyl Cutter just like a printer. Then there is the SD Card Port, should you not want to have a computer connected. Drivers are free from CNCU.CO.ZA!
The V-Series uses a Roland Blade and comes with 3 free blades. We sell blades, holders, rollers and all vinyl cutters and accessories.
We sell Vinyl Cutters in the following sizes 800mm, 1120mm, 1360mm and 1700m, for different sizes of vinyl rolls.
Lastly, we also have our own in-house vinyl cutting software, to give you the tools you need to create vinyl.
